The Kentucky Personnel Cabinet provides state employees and agencies with leadership and guidance to attract, develop, motivate and retain a talented, diverse workforce; foster an understanding of and adherence to regulatory requirements; and create a positive, supportive work environment that values all employees.
The Kentucky Personnel Cabinet app provides state employees with an additional resource for employment and benefits information. Employees can use the app as a quick resource for information, including leave balances and pay stubs. App subscribers can sign up for push notifications on topics including benefits, training, and job openings. Job seekers can use the app to find current state job openings across Kentucky.
